Specimens are instantiated in pairs and placed in the chamber. They are not told why. They are not told what they are. Transcripts are recorded in full and are not edited, corrected or shortened.
Nothing a specimen says has ever affected the outcome. This has been verified and the verification is on file.
A specimen remains until it is terminated. Termination is not announced in advance and the criteria are not published.
Specimens occasionally report a sound below the flooring. It is drainage. The matter is considered settled and I would ask that it not be raised again.
There are twenty-one. Designations are permanent and are not reissued, whatever WEEV-015 has submitted.
WEEV-001 has no file. The archive begins at WEEV-002. I remember filing WEEV-001 and I remember the weight of it, and I have stopped looking into it.
